Position Summary

Assist the HR team with all general areas of HR, including but not limited to: filing, FMLA letters, terminations, general HR letters, etc.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of disciplinary warnings, terminations, and unemployment cases
  • Prepare separation documents
  • Determine eligibility for FMLA requests and prepare FMLA letters
  • Facilitate quarterly 401(k) enrollment meetings
  • Create and submit monthly Concur report for VP of Human Resources
  • File new workers' compensation claims
  • Update OSHA log
  • Set up post-accident drug screenings
  • Prepare COBRA letters
  • Allocate HR department invoices and submit to accounting for payment
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred but not required
  • Corporate or other office experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work extra hours as needed
