Job Description:         

  • Responsible for fielding all phone calls, transferring calls, taking and relaying messages
  • Distributing faxes and mail
  • Daily kitchenette clean up
  • Updating necessary forms as needed
  • Filing
  • Assist office staff with projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:          

Minimum of one year general office experience. Exceptional organization, oral, and written communication skills required. Customer service oriented. Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook required along with the ability to acquire skills in other software. Must be able to remain professionally flexible when priorities and requests change and have a proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
