  • Maintain the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property specifically related to financial and resident relations including recertifications
  • Assure late notices are sent out, file evictions
  • Assist with rent collection
  • Draft letters, memos, agendas, and faxes
  • Proofread documents, forms, and correspondence for accuracy completeness, and conformance
  • Schedule project and client meetings on and off-site, contact attendees to determine availability and to confirm meeting; arrange catering as needed
  • Photocopy and distribute memos, correspondence and routine mailings.
  • Open and distribute mail, answer phone as needed
  • Coordinate the duplication and distribution of a variety of materials; establish and maintain files.
  • Operate a variety of office machines and equipment including typewriters, computers, and copy machines.
  • Assists in planning, preparing or overseeing the preparation of reports. .
  • Sign for supervisor on invoices, check requests and other official correspondences as directed.
  • Take care of the collection of document and writing as necessary of RFQ, Tax Credit Report, Closing Documents, Choice Neighborhood initiative Applications, Construction reports and other proposals.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High School diploma required.
  • Five plus years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain follow-up on a number of projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
