Job Description:       

  • Responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing all Resident activities, workshops and monthly luncheons
    • Activities include Bingo, Arts and Crafts, chair exercises, monthly luncheons or other are provided to generate resident involvement in the community
  • Provide effective leadership and assistance to residents and McCormack Baron Management staff
  • Markets and recruits residents to participate in the activities, programs, and services offered by MBM and other service providers


  • HS Diploma/GED required and some college preferred 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Word and Excel 
  • Customer service experience from a hospitality or retail background
  • Team player attitude with the ability to utilize the team approach to service delivery
  • Proven effectiveness in program design, implementation, and management
  • The ability to effectively relate and interact with people of diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Leadership mentality and motivational skills
  • Experience working with senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, in conflict resolution and crisis intervention
