Job Description:              

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of maintenance, janitorial, and grounds staff
  • Work directly with the Property Manager to monitor contractor performance and compliance
  • Assist in the development of budgets
  • Work with Property Manager with monitoring maintenance purchases
  • Maintain inventory levels of parts and equipment
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate make ready activity
  • Monitor maintenance operating procedures and performance standards
  • Will act as a liaison for Property Manager with respect to resident complaints, as needed
  • Assist in the coordination of after-hours emergency response
  • You are required to adhere to the dress code as established by management, use protective equipment when necessary, and follow safety procedures.


  • Must have maintenance knowledge in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, appliance, electrical, and other typical apartment repairs
  • Dependability and reliability in following through with responsibilities
  • Maintain a valid state driver's license and current insurance
  • HVAC certification required.
